How The "Leadership Academy" works at   Keystone elite basketball academy

At the Keystone Elite Leadership Academy, our mission is to empower young athletes to become all that God has designed them to be—strong in character, confident in their calling, and courageous in their leadership. We believe that true leaders are not only skilled on the court, but also grounded in purpose, humility, and service.

Our academy focuses on developing the mindset of a leader by instilling the value of listening, learning, and leading. Using age-appropriate, top-rated leadership materials, we challenge each athlete to grow in wisdom, character, and vision. Every level of our program is designed to meet young athletes where they are and prepare them for where they want to go.

Great leaders are forged by great influences. That’s why our team of experienced mentors and leadership coaches will guide participants through a 12-session summer program, combining classroom instruction, book studies, workbooks, guest speakers, and personal reflection assignments. This immersive experience will help each student understand their unique role in the leadership journey—and how to use it to make a lasting impact.

But leadership isn’t just about influence—it’s about giving back. Every athlete will take part in a community service project, donating their time, talent, and labor to support those in need. Through service, our athletes will learn the powerful truth that the more you give, the more you grow.

You can join the Leadership Academy in two ways:

• As an add-on to your Keystone Elite AAU program for only $250

• As a stand-alone course for $300

No matter how you join, each athlete who completes the full course will receive a Certificate of Completion, recognizing their commitment to personal growth, leadership, and service.

Our goal is to develop well-rounded leaders who understand the balance of giving, receiving, and leading. We are raising up a generation of young men and women who not only lead well, but live well—on purpose, with purpose.
